Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping at MiFitness (Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading L.L.C).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help where we can.

Products that have been installed correctly, in working order and signed off by the customer once completed are not eligible to return. Please ensure you have checked everything before signing the document.

You are eligible for a full refund if the product is installed, and you are not satisfied with the purchase.

Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Tradining L.LC can provide you with a credit voucher for products that are unused and still in their original packaging, as long as it is within 7 days of purchase. The product must be unused, and undamaged.

You will need a receipt of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria’s will not be considered for return.

The product needs to be returned to Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading, an address will be specified.

If you would like Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading to collect, there may be an additional charge to cover the costs of collection if the product is being returned for no reason.

If the product is faulty, Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading will cover the cost of replacement and collection.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading L.L.C

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 5-7 working days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded by a credit voucher.

Cancellation of purchased goods

A customer that has purchased a product (s) from mifitness.ae (Mii Fitness Gym Equipment Trading L.L.C) has the right to cancel their transaction within 24 hours of the payment process.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5-7 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
