Shua Warranties Explained
Starting November 1st, 2024, all Shua Equipment comes with extended warranties:
5-Year Home-Use Warranty
- All Home-Use cardio and strength equipment includes a 5-year warranty.
- No exclusions on parts.
7-Year Commercial Warranty
- All Commercial cardio and strength equipment includes a 7-year warranty.
- No exclusions on parts.
Terms and Conditions:
- Maintenance and Servicing: Equipment must be adequately maintained and serviced regularly.
- High Usage: Equipment with high usage should be serviced more frequently.
- Approved Technicians: Only approved MiFitness technicians should service the equipment.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers parts only, not labor or callout fees.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse of the equipment
- Flooding, lightning strikes, power surges, or any other accidental damages.
