Suspension trainers
The P3 uses a locking carabiner and barrel lock adjusters. The Gravity Trainer uses fixed webbing, padded cradles and labelled V rings for quick changes in class.

How to choose a suspension trainer
- Anchor pointDecide where it will hang. The Gravity Trainer comes with door anchor and universal strap options. The P3 locks to its anchor with a pin-lock carabiner.
- AdjustmentIn classes, fast changes keep the session moving. The Gravity Trainer's labelled V rings make lengths easy to call out.
- Handles and paddingBoth have rubber handles. The Gravity Trainer adds padded cradles for the foot, ankle, elbow and arm.

The Myokore Gravity Trainer supports single or dual mounting, with door anchors and universal straps as mount options. The Suspension Trainer P3 uses a corrosion-resistant, pin-lock carabiner that stays where you anchor it.
Which suspension trainer suits group classes?
The Myokore Gravity Trainer is made for commercial use. Its labelled V rings let you shorten and lengthen the straps quickly and give clear instructions in group training.
