How to choose PLAE equipment
- PowerThe Air Bike, Air Rower, Air Ride, Air Ski and Arc treadmill are self-powered and need no electricity. The Slat treadmill is motorised.
- SpaceARMR footprints run from 132 × 102 cm (4 Way Neck) to 183 × 208 cm (Hip Press). Both treadmills measure 158 × 84 × 180 cm.
- Weight platesARMR machines are plate-loaded, so plan weight plates alongside them. The Shoulder Press, Glute and Belt Squat also take bands.
- Maximum user weightThe PLAE treadmills are rated to 181 kg, and the Air Bike, Air Rower, Air Ride and Air Ski to 375 lb (170 kg).

What is the PLAE Air Collection?
Five air-resistance machines: the Air Bike, Air Ride and Air Enforcer bikes, the Air Rower and the Air Ski. Air resistance rises with your effort, and the bike, ride, rower and ski are self-powered.
What is the difference between the PLAE Slat and Arc treadmills?
The Slat is motorised, with a slat belt, speeds up to 25 km/h, incline up to 20% and a sled mode with 15 levels. The Arc is a self-powered curved treadmill, so you set the pace with your stride. Both take users up to 181 kg and carry a 5-year warranty.
Are PLAE ARMR machines plate-loaded?
Yes. Every ARMR machine is plate-loaded. The Shoulder Press, Glute and Belt Squat also have band attachments for extra resistance.
What does PLAE make?
