Which selectorised machine is right for you?
Both machines use an 80 kg weight stack, so you change the load with a pin. One is a cable station for many exercises; the other isolates the chest and rear shoulders.

How to choose a selectorised machine
- Variety or isolationThe Hi/Lo Pulley covers many movements, from rows to lateral raises. The Multi Flight Machine focuses on the chest and rear shoulders.
- Space and heightBoth stand about 2–2.3 m tall. Check your ceiling height and allow room around the machine to move freely.
- Shared useA weight stack is quick to change, so these machines suit gyms where several people train one after another.

What does selectorised mean?
The machine has its own weight stack. You choose the load by moving a pin, so there are no plates to load.
Can the Hi/Lo Pulley be used for rehab?
The product page lists rehab movements alongside strength work, and the pulley height adjusts for different exercises and positions.
