- Cable systemEvery machine uses 189 Japanese oiled steel wire cables. The Chest Press lists a cable breaking force of up to 1400 kg.
- Floor spaceMost machines are 148 cm high. The Lat Pull Down and Seated Row are taller, at about 1.9–2 m, so check your ceiling height.
- Weight and accessNet weights run from 200 kg to 323 kg. Check doorways, lifts and floor loading before delivery.
- A full circuitThe ten machines cover chest, shoulders, back, legs and glutes, so the series works as a complete strength circuit.
